FC Mobile Beta How to redeem FC Mobile codes

FC Mobile does not hide a code box inside the match pause menu. You redeem on the web, then collect in the live app. That design is why testers who only installed the Limited Beta think codes are broken. This page is the exact path from a social screenshot to an item in the live mailbox, plus the mistakes that waste a 24-hour code.

If you still need the strings themselves, grab them from the codes hub first. If a code already failed for you, confirm it on the expired list before you burn another captcha.

Before you open the redemption site

1. Finish the live-game tutorial at least once so the club exists on EA’s side.
2. Link that live club to an EA account (email / platform login). Guest live profiles cannot redeem.
3. Confirm you can sign into EA’s FC Mobile redemption page with the same account.
4. Keep the Limited Beta app closed while you do this. It cannot receive the mail.

The beta window (25 August–13 September 2026) does not change these steps. EA disabled linking inside the test app on purpose. Your live club and your Guest beta squad are two different lockers.

Step-by-step redemption

1. Copy one code from the working list — AUFGEHTS, NUMEROUNO, or CLEANSLATE if they still accept.
2. On your phone or PC browser, open redeem.fcm.ea.com.
3. Sign in with the EA account tied to live FC Mobile.
4. Paste the code into the redemption field. Do not add spaces. Codes are case-sensitive.
5. Complete the captcha if the form asks.
6. Tap Redeem once. Wait for the success or error state.
7. Open live FC Mobile (the original icon, not Limited Beta).
8. Open the in-game inbox / messages and claim the item.
9. If the mail is empty, force-close the live app and reopen it. Do not reinstall the beta.

Redeem one code at a time. The form is not a shopping cart. If you paste a comma-separated list, it will fail.

What a success looks like versus a dead code

A success usually says the reward was sent to your account. The live inbox then shows a Draft Voucher, Rank Up Tokens, or a player item. Rank Up Tokens feed the live upgrade path described in the rank up guide. Draft Vouchers stay in the live economy; they will not open a Gauntlet ticket.

A failure is more specific than “wiki outdated”:

• Invalid / expired — move it to expired codes.
• Already redeemed — you or the global cap already used it.
• Account not eligible — the live club is too new, unlinked, or banned from promotions.
• Try again later — the site is busy after a stream. Wait minutes, not hours of refresh spam.

Why the Limited Beta inbox stays empty

EA’s Limited Beta FAQ is blunt: only Guest login, no account linking, no carry-over, no purchases, no rewarded videos. Codes are a live-service gift pipeline. There is no Guest mailbox hooked to that pipeline. If you followed every step above and then opened the beta icon, you did the right work in the wrong app.

Use the beta for systems: PlayStyles, Game Plans, controls. Use live FC Mobile for economy. The getting started checklist shows how to keep both icons and never confuse them.

Phone versus PC browser

Either works. PC is easier for pasting. Phone is fine if you use the share-sheet copy from this wiki instead of typing NUMEROUNO from memory. If your phone’s default browser is logged into a different EA account than the live club, you will “successfully” gift another profile. Check the email shown on the redemption page before you tap Redeem.

VPN users who installed the test app from another Play Store country should turn the VPN off for redemption. Codes are not region-locked the same way the beta access checker is. A leftover Singapore IP can still sign you into the right EA account, but it also causes random store and captcha failures.

After the item arrives

• Rank Up Tokens: spend them on the live player you actually start, not a bench card you will replace next promo. See rank up.
• Draft Voucher: run the draft when you have time to finish it; do not stack five unopened vouchers if a new code is coming the same week.
• Player item: check chemistry and rank cost before you train it. The squad building page is written for beta Guest squads, but the live thinking (role, PlayStyle identity, backup for Gauntlet-style rotation) still applies.

Security notes testers skip

Never enter codes on a lookalike domain. The official host is redeem.fcm.ea.com. Do not sideload a “code generator” APK. Do not pay a stranger to redeem for you. This wiki will never ask for your EA password. If a pop-up after a YouTube video asks you to log in to claim AUFGEHTS, close it and use the official site only.
